Most products sold on our Site are pre-order items.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Production begins after the pre-order window closes
   
• Items are not in stock at the time of purchase
   
• Shipping timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
   
• Delays may occur due to production, supply chain, or fulfillment factors
   

Estimated shipping timelines will be communicated on the product page and/or via email or SMS updates.

• Orders are processed after production is complete
   
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has shipped
   
• Tracking information will be provided when available
   

• Shipping carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx
   
• Shipping method selection (if available) is made at checkout
   
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated
   

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

DWBroodle LLC is not responsible for:

• Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered at checkout
   
• Delays caused by address errors
   
• Returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses
   

Reshipments due to address errors may require additional payment.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, DWBroodle LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Carrier delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds or chargebacks.

If international shipping is offered:

• Delivery timelines may vary significantly
   
• Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and fees
   
• DWBroodle LLC is not responsible for customs delays or seizures
