At DWBroodle LLC, all sales are final.

Due to the limited-edition, artistic, and pre-order nature of our products, we do not offer:

• Refunds
   
• Returns
   
• Exchanges
   
• Order cancellations
   

Once an order or pre-order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled for any reason.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Items are produced after the pre-order window closes
   
• Shipping timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
   
• Delays may occur due to production or fulfillment
   
• All pre-order sales are final
   

Chargebacks or payment disputes for preorder delays will be considered a violation of our Terms of Service.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

• Clear photos of the issue
   

Approved claims may be eligible for replacement only, at our discretion. No refunds will be issued.
