DWBroodle LLC offers limited-edition merchandise through pre-order releases. This policy explains how pre-orders work and what to expect when placing a pre-order on dwbroodle.com.

A pre-order allows you to reserve a product before it is manufactured.

By placing a pre-order, you understand and agree that:

• The item is not currently in stock
   
• Production begins after the pre-order window closes
   
• Quantities may be limited
   
• Designs, colors, or minor details may vary slightly from digital mockups
   

• Full payment is collected at the time the pre-order is placed
   
• Pre-orders secure your spot in the production queue
   
• Orders are processed in the order they are received
   

• Production begins after the pre-order period ends
   
• Estimated shipping timelines are provided on product pages and in communications
   
• All timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed
   
• Delays may occur due to production, supply chain, or fulfillment factors
   

Customers will receive updates via email and/or SMS when available.

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL.

Due to the limited and made-to-order nature of pre-order items:

• No refunds
   
• No cancellations
   
• No exchanges
   

By completing your purchase, you expressly agree to this policy.

Once a pre-order is placed:

• Order details cannot be modified
   
• Sizes, addresses, or quantities cannot be changed after checkout

Chargebacks or payment disputes related to pre-order delays or production timelines are a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account restriction or refusal of future service.
